She responded to every request for info, arranged to allow us to see the furniture we wanted at another client’s office, kept us well informed of the production process and even delivered the pieces ahead of the scheduled delivery date. On the delivery date, Marie was on sight to supervise the installation and ensure we were happy. I purchased a used Herman Miller Aeron chair from Office Furniture Resources in St. Louis, MO. Their representatives responded to my inquiry on Furniture Finders within twenty four hours to confirm availability and pricing. Fortunately I stopped into their store during some free time on a trip so I did not have to ship the chair. Their representative was both personable and knowledgeable, and the transaction was smooth. I would consider them again if purchasing more office furniture.

Our experience with ABM was pretty good. Faster email response times would have been nice as we were working with a deadline. The installers first brought panels that had a large stain on them. The manager at ABM said this wasn’t acceptable and that they would take care of it. The installers brought different panels later that day that looked great. I would use them again if I was looking for similar equipment but may consider another vendor if I had tight deadlines.
I purchased from Furniture by George. I was happy with the prices and quality of the furniture.
I think their name was RBA Furniture Solution. I got a nice Hon Cherrywood set that I am very happy with. It was priced right and delivered/set-up without issue.

I was very pleased with the product for the price. Looks like very good quality. Service was fantastic. Would definitely purchase from them again. The only drawback is shipping. It was cheaper for us to send our own truck down and pick up, rather than have them delivered.
I used Cubicle Installation Services of Jacksonville. We are happy with the purchases of the 12 Steelcase file cabinets. We were more interested in the price of the file cabinets. They were about $100 bucks a piece. They got here very quickly. There was a little wear and tear but not much, but we are satisfied with them.
We bought from Erwin Enterprises and we were happy.
Three skids were supposed to get here on 2/27. 2 skids arrived on Monday 3/2. They are trying to locate the 3rd skid. Unfortunately everything that I need to start the project is on that skid. The parts that I did receive are in good shape and were nicely packaged. I hope I receive the 3rd skid soon because this was a time sensitive project and I’m falling way behind.
Marie Amelung is the person I worked with at HLW Workspace Solutions and she was great! I purchased task chairs for a nonprofit organization I believe in and they loved them. Everyone was so surprised by the gift. The crew from HLW was professional, courteous, and fast. I am impressed by them and by FurnitureFinders’ website.
