Shipping Information

We prioritize smooth delivery. Shipping is managed by the respective sellers, who will coordinate with buyers to ensure timely and efficient delivery. FurnitureFinders also offers freight brokerage services. If buyers wish to arrange shipping outside of what the sellers provide, please contact FurnitureFinders for freight services and quotes.

Processing Time

We currently ship to all continental U.S. states and Canada. The advantage of used furniture is its availability. You can coordinate with the dealer for pickup or delivery. For new furniture, lead times vary and should be discussed directly with the dealer.

Standard Delivery

This service includes curbside delivery where the carrier will deliver the items to the nearest entrance of your designated destination. Please ensure that someone is available to receive and inspect the items.

Remote and Urban Deliveries

Some remote areas or urban locations with limited access may incur additional charges. Please contact us prior to purchase if you think your location may be affected.

Delivery Appointments

The freight carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. Please ensure someone is available to receive the shipment. Missed appointments may result in additional delivery fees.

Upon Delivery

Inspect all items upon delivery. Check for any visible damage or discrepancies before signing the delivery receipt. Any damage must be noted on the delivery receipt and reported to FurnitureFinders within 24 hours.

Concealed Damage

If you discover any damage after unpacking, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
