I ended up using CFR – Commercial Furniture Resource as the dealer for a used Haworth Zody Task chair. The chair itself is in good shape with the fabric of the seat appearing untouched, but the base and such got scratched up in storage. Packaging and communication were meh, had to follow up three or four times for acknowledgement of shipping, and I was told there would be a cost savings for shipping as they would remove the base of the chair for size reduction. However, when I received the chair the entire chair was completely assembled in a box. The box was shaky and not quite stable but fortunately the chair inside was relatively intact. The casters were knocked off (2 casters out of 5).

I am overall happy with the purchase as the black/red scheme isn’t readily available, but I would have liked a little more communication on the seller’s behalf. Overall, I am satisfied with the purchase.

Once she visited our facility and presented options for us, I felt she validated the choice and eliminated any doubt any colleagues may have had about selecting her to work width. I was able to get two 5 drawer file cabinets from N.O.W. I found Ngoc Mai with N.O.W. to be extremely pleasant and great to work with. There were some issues with getting the correct cabinets delivered with all the hardware but Ngoc was eager to resolve the problems. I now have two file cabinets. Plan on doing more business with N.O.W. and Ngoc.
