I used Mover Services Inc./ MSI Atlas. I worked with Danny Triolo. The customer service was wonderful. They had what I needed. I think that for an individual purchase the delivery charge was too expensive. They charged me what they charge businesses. The fee was $150.00 no matter what you purchased.

The delivery charge made the good price of the four-four drawer lateral file cabinets made me feel the deal wasn’t really a deal. However, their customer service and interaction was outstanding. The willingness to deliver the same day was perfect.

I was in retail for over ten years and management for five years. I think the only consideration the company needs to make is a lower delivery price for individual buyers that are not a business.
