The dealer installers were very accommodating since my on-site end user decided to make a change. Corporate Office was able to make the change requested, make it look great and make our end user happy. Corporate Office was also able to accommodate additional furniture requests and install those in a week turnaround. All good!

I ended up purchasing furniture from N.O.W. – the lady’s name was Ngoc. She was very kind and her product was good but she was very difficult to contact. However, once I was able to talk to her, she was lovely and professional and delivered the 2 file cabinets promptly. Her delivery staff were awesome. I would use the company again to get used office furniture.

We were in original discussions with Mike Malone from Contract Furnishings (Kansas City, MO), who went far out of his way to try to get us the best shipping rate to bring 13 vertical file cabinets to New York City. When he did so, and we were ready to ship, the lot was sold to another dealer. Mike and the other dealer coordinated to keep the same quote for the cabinets and to get us the best shipping rate for the cabinets that had by then been moved further south to Atlanta. The cabinets are in very good shape for used cabinets, and the installers were so conscientious, knowledgeable and proficient, that we’re keeping them on file for future use. All in all we’re very happy and grateful for all involved.
