I ended up using Office Solutions located at 11601 Fruehauf Drive Charlotte, NC 28273. I bought a fire proof cabinet from them at a low price. They were very good at communicating fast in e-mail on both the sales side and accounting side. The delivery of the cabinet was quick and easy and came on time. We had no complaints using them and would keep them in mind for any other used office

The e-mail transaction was handled professionally. I think that they were unhappy that I chose to transport and install myself, but overall, I was happy with the price and the product. I would purchase from them again.

Things went really, really well with Ethosource. I just got a thank you card from them. I haven’t installed the furniture yet, but it arrived exactly when it was expected. It was packed well and organized with lots of written detail and good instructions. Their service, though, really stood out. Heather Packard followed up, she was thorough. Communicated and provided lots of extra information that was needed, and advised on how to order additional pieces. I really just enjoyed working with her. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Showroom was nice, staff very friendly. We had a delay with some components being incorrect and had to be replaced, but otherwise we are very happy with the cubicles and Contract Furnishings.
