We used PVI Office Furniture Plus+ in Frederick Maryland. Yes, we were very satisfied with them. We dealt with Dan Christensen. He was always responsive and just great to deal with!!

As I mentioned, the chair was in beautiful condition and was only a little over a year old. I would defy anyone to find any sign that the chair been sat in even once. The Ethosource staff in both locations were attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. The price was so low (not sure if I’m allowed to say in this email) that I almost bought a second one to re-sell! My Leap 2 has every available adjustment. I’ll also put in a plug for their refurbishing. Although the Leap 2 that I bought had not been touched by the Ethosource team yet, the original Leap 1 in their showroom was a refurb. Honestly, their refurb was so good that I would have purchased their cloth refurb OVER the identically priced LEATHER Leap 1’s in their warehouse/backroom.

Not sure if it’s relevant but sitting in my new chair is like sitting on a cloud. Once you adjust it to your preferences, the comfort is almost addicting – it’s just THAT good!

Great customer service, only problem was I went to pick it up and they did not give me all the pieces. I had to make a second trip and they met me half way. Some of the pieces did not fit properly.

We used Liquidators World in Louisville, KY. The pricing was fair and service was great.

We were extremely satisfied with the vendor Liquidators World, they were actually out of Cincinnati but have an office in Louisville where they transported the file cabinets to. We then picked them up from Louisville and took them ourselves to the Frankfort area. They did not charge us any extra to take them to Louisville.
