I used Legacy office solutions. I thought it was excellent service despite the storm we were having at the time.
Mark Wallace did a great job. Got us what we wanted for a good price. Friendly and helpful… a few of our items went on back order but it’s not crunching our project. They lost of few people recently so they were a bit understaffed and it took a day or two longer to get responses, but not bad service. Overall they did a great job.
The dealer was very professional and helpful. Delivery was fast and efficient.
John was very helpful throughout the entire process and got back to me very quickly with answers to all of my questions. We would likely use them again in the future and we have already suggested him to a colleague.

My experience was acceptable. The product and price were ok. Service could use some improvement. I must have been a small fish to them. I had to be very proactive in communication and not rely on them to get back to me.
Danielle was amazing. Easy to get a hold of in case I had any questions whether via email or phone. I contacted DOS on Thursday afternoon and received all information from her, product, layouts and estimates. Closed on Thursday ten minutes before 5pm. Friday she contacted me that furniture would be delivered on Monday. Received it Monday morning. Furniture was in great condition, looks brand new. The delivery crew was great. Fast and professional. Couple things were missing on our end at time of installation, they helped me out with everything I needed to make the installation happen.

An incredible experience– I cannot more highly recommend BHC, especially Kyle Bass. This was a rush job, furniture buying and installation is not my area of expertise, and we had a tricky landlord to work with. Kyle helped me navigate the entire process and was gracious and patient throughout. We will not need to look elsewhere next time we purchase furniture.
We did purchase 6 of the chairs. Rhodes Office Furniture worked with our needs and did a good job. Maybe a little slow on the delivery. We were not in a big hurry for the chairs so no harm. We received the chairs in good condition. I would recommend doing business with them. Hope this helps.
We bought a Hon filing cabinet. Once I’d sent through a query, they called within 30 minutes, sent me an email with photographs and said they could have it here the next day. It was AWESOME! I’ll definitely be using them again.
From the initial telephone conversation through site visit, the team at HLW was professional, courteous, and had knowledge of the contract furniture industry. All the staff was friendly, helpful, savvy and very professional. I have recommended them to several of my designer friends and expect they will contact them soon. My bookkeeper did the order and we used the dealer you sent us. The order came in a timely fashion and the product is keeping our newly polished floors from getting marks.
I used BetterSource, 33 North First Street, Campbell, CA 95008 and was very pleased with their service and product. Their pricing was very competitive and the whole process was great. They delivered 15 fire rated cabinets (used) with keys.
Nancy Kidd was a joy to work with! All I had to do was tell her what I was interested in and she took care of the rest. She acquired 96 Knoll freestanding corner units for us in excellent shape, for a unbelievably good price, and she got them to us in time to make our installation deadline. Nancy made me look like a star to my management and my client.
