Outstanding personalized service, from first contact through layout, purchase and installation. Very knowledgeable about the various types of cubicle parts they reconfigured for us as well as the ones we purchased. I was very impressed with the thorough, detailed approach Dennis and crew took to our relatively small project. We’ll definitely recommend them to others.

We have the furniture and we are happy with it. What didn’t go well was the preparation. The measuring and confirming that it will fit in the space was not adequate. There were concerns about space – having the proper 36” or 42” between aisles. Our existing furniture wasn’t accounted for.

happy with them. The product (two metal cabinets) were in great shape and

the price was very good.

I’d use Systems again. I’m not sure I’d buy the same product. They made things right.

We used OIG (Office Interior Group) in Dallas and our rep was Nicola Montelongo. We found then on your website and Nicola did a great job. We bought DMI furniture through OIG and had it delivered sight unseen. Everything was handled well. We will use OIG again as long as Nicola is our rep.

We did indeed use Office Furniture Resources (OFR) Chicago (Des Plaines, really) location. They were AWESOME. Responded to my query on your site within minutes and were super to work with. I spoke with two different reps and both were friendly and knowledgeable, and the guy in the warehouse even made a couple calls on his own to find a separate delivery service that would be cheaper than his own truck. They followed up after the fact to make sure that everything went as planned and that I was happy. Which I was! I highly recommend OFR.

Very reasonable pricing made the purchase a good value. The delivery/install team was punctual and completed the set-up to my satisfaction very quickly.

Purchased 20 Vecta Conference Room Nesting Chairs. The chairs were in great shape. The only issue that came up after their delivery was that the chairs had a distinct smell on the fabric that bothered some employees. I guess that the smell was from the chairs being in storage for a length of time. I had the chairs cleaned and it seemed to help. Other than that, very happy with our purchase!
