We received our furniture last week and I am very impressed with the quality. However, no one called to let me know that the furniture was coming so my office space was not prepared for it. We ended up having to put the desks in storage until the office was prepared and assembling them ourselves. Thank goodness some of the technicians were around to help me get that space in order. It didn’t go as smoothly as I would have hoped but we were successful in getting them set up. It was distressing to have to mad scramble and find a place to store the desks. All-in-all, we were very happy with the service received but a heads up would have been very helpful in scheduling a delivery. Thank you,

I was contacted by Chuck Re with the Office Liquidator about his Herman Miler aerons. He was extremely polite and his price was so good I figured I had to least check them out. Chuck had my Aeron waiting for me to see and he took me for a tour of his warehouse and showed me even more Herman Miller chairs. All of the parts on my chair work nicely, there are no defects, he was kind, courteous and very knowledgeable. He also said, “If you don’t like the chair or have any problems at all with it; you can return it”. (That speaks volumes for me.) Chuck also said that they fully refurbish any defects because they want their customers to be happy. I was so satisfied with his service, product and price I gave him a yelp and facebook review. Chuck is a superstar!

Customer Service and quality of the items receive a 4 out of 5 stars. Did try to jack up the price of the delivery after I told them I was interested in finalizing the purchase. The safes seemed a bit flimsy and the drawers pull open to reveal a plastic tub inside instead of an actual drawer. Kind of odd but suits our purpose.

We ended up purchasing a bunch of furniture from Envirotech Office Systems in Ontario and getting a truckload of it shipped to the US. We were beyond satisfied with them. The service was amazing, prompt communication, quick shipping, excellent packaging. Totally hassle free and the used chairs looked brand new. The sales lady told me they steam clean and inspect every item that leaves their warehouse.
