I ended up buying from Recycled Office Environments. The service was good and they were courteous and friendly. The product was in the condition they said it would be and all the assembly hardware was neatly packaged. There were some damages during shipping and when I called they were very cooperative and helpful. I would purchase from them again. Thanks for your help.

Doing business with Cheaper Office Solutions was a very good experience. I made the whole purchase via email & phone calls. The staff of Cheaper Office Solutions were prompt in responding every time, and were patient and kind with all my questions. The delivery of the products went smoothly as well. We were very happy with the used furniture that we purchased, as it was in very good condition. The chairs that we assumed were going to be used, arrived new and in in boxes. We could have paid extra for their delivery team to assemble, but we decided to assemble and install the various items ourselves. I would definitely purchase from this company again, and would recommend them to my friends & business associates.

Great service! The vendor handle the order perfect and was even able to ship in the tight schedule I provided. A few malfunctioning pieces on a couple of chairs. However, no complaints, cause they were minor and they gave us a great deal for buying the whole lot.

Getting the original sales rep to follow through was a bit frustrating, felt like I was having to repeat things every few days. She failed to send out fabric sample prior to purchase, and get room details that were important for delivery. Once I began dealing with Ms. Weaver, things went better. The installation was great, cubes look good, have some staining, but overall in good shape. So far very happy with finished project.
