This deal was done by phone since the used chairs I needed for my new office were 400 miles away. I spoke to Barnaby directly and he assured me the chairs looked like new and had been cleaned and refurbished. He even let me speak to his Warehouse and Denny sent me photos of the chairs to show me the best and worst of the bunch. They even arranged for delivery in my urgent time frame with excellent full-service. The chairs were near perfect as promised. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing office furniture.
