We went with ReSources of Kansas City. The process was incredibly easy and Colin and his team were professional, timely and accommodating. I would very highly recommend Colin and his company. He took the time to come out to our space and suggest the best layout, provided a professional rendering of what the completed project would look like and didn’t try to “upsell” me. He made an extra trip prior to the install to drop off the power whip to make sure the electrical install went properly and then had a member of his team drop by a couple days after the install to make sure the cubes/cabinets/shelves were completely cleaned up and “as new.” Impressive exchange and a good deal.

Merchandise was exactly what we were looking for, in good shape. Service was great, the only thing that was unexpected was the length of time it took to install. but, overall a good experience, I would use the company again.

We were extremely pleased with their professionalism, attention, representation of product, and in particular Shelby Smith with whom we dealt during the sale and subsequent delivery. Their office was hard to find though the owner tells me they are moving soon. They had a decent selection of used chairs for me to choose from. When the chair I wanted had a defect, the owner repaired it for me on the spot using a part from another chair. They were very friendly and helpful and I would do business with them again.
