I did find your site helpful. I did purchase a Herman Miller Aeron chair size C from Office Furniture Resources in DesPlaines. I was very happy with them. They are open on Saturdays which helped. They had a large selection of different chairs to look at.
The sales rep, Jayson Ruiz, was very helpful and responsive to my requests. He provided information and photographs of the pieces that met our criteria. Once I selected the desk and conference table, I visited the OFI facility, where Jayson showed me the furniture and introduced me to the finishing shop. The transaction went very smoothly. Since we were waiting for a carpet installation, they were flexible and worked with us to get the furniture delivered the day following the carpet installation and before the holiday weekend. The delivery men were also very cooperative. Since the office was on the second floor, they had to carry the furniture up several stairs. They were very pleasant and professional. I would definitely use OFI in the future and will recommend them to others who are looking for quality used office furniture.
