I purchased two 2-drawer laterals from Corporate Office in Atlanta. They were awesome to deal with. I received my files yesterday. I certainly recommend them and would call them again if I needed additional office furniture.

Chris was very helpful. First, he immediately responded to me after finding my item request thru FurnitureFinders, and when I went in to look at it, I found something even better in the holding area that was sold to another customer and he did everything he could to find another one for me, which he did. It had a few unsightly scratches that were visible in the pictures, which they were able to buff out for me nicely, and the delivery guys were prompt and very courteous. The only thing I wish would have happened is there were some large scuff marks on the face of a couple of drawers that did not show up in the pics, I wish when they buffed out the side scratches, that they would have offered to buff out the front two cabinets. I would have paid extra for that. But all in all, I am very happy with my purchase and with doing business with Kentwood Office Furniture, and would certainly return and recommend them.

I ended up with Cheaper Office Solution Inc. So far so good for used furniture.

So pleased with service and pricing, I purchased a reception desk, conference table, six chairs and a buffet. 6. Dominated any pricing I found locally. The only thing I did not like was that it could have been packaged better. The granite for the conference table could have been palletized. Stuff weighed a ton and almost broke when the truck unstrapped.

We have been extremely busy and I am trying to dig out. Yes, we were in touch and you provided three vendors. We were very successful in getting all of our furniture needs using HLW. They were FANTASTIC to work with. I would most definitely recommend them to others. Karen was awesome to work with and was very attentive. Detail oriented and was very thorough. I would tell you to only use HLW but that might not be efficient for you… However, HLW was the first to respond and the only vendor to follow through of the three. It was disappointing that the other two vendors cared less about the new business but in hindsight, it worked out well for us.

We received the chairs from OIG Office Interiors Group. I worked with Mr. Scott Bonfoey at the company who was very helpful in getting the chairs shipped. A couple of the chairs were missing casters and he shipped them out free of charge. We are very happy with the chairs, they will work wonderful in the classroom were just now in the process of getting set up for next Fall Semester classes.
