Susan was prompt to respond to my initial request, provide me with the necessary information and figure out how to transport my furniture to Ohio. Not at any time did she make it seem as though this task was burdensome and there was no chaos involved. Dealer took the initiative and called to discuss available cabinets in stock. Stopped by the warehouse a few hours later. Purchased two cabinets. Reasonable delivery charge. Delivered cabinets and set-up in file room two days later. Also removed three old cabinets at no additional charge!!!
