The team that delivered and installed was 4 hours late but had been double booked but once they were on-site, they did an excellent job. There was a bit of a disconnect communicating with ABM (delay receiving drawings, payment misunderstanding, then install scheduling), probably because I was dealing both with the technical and administrative personnel. Lexie and Robert are especially good, and Alfredo and his install team were stellar. I had to wait for the cad drawings and then got a call to “confirm the check would be ready tomorrow”(since we are a educational institution, we don’t do checks) – this very nearly scuttled the whole deal but was ultimately resolved.

I went to Cheaper Office Solutions on Saturday, purchased and installed them myself over the weekend. I had to be up and running by Monday and while all other dealers in town said that they could not help me until Monday, Cheaper stayed around on Saturday and waited for me. Even after being stuck in traffic and being an hour late, they were very gracious and helpful. Will definitely use them again in the future.

I apologize for not replying sooner. We ended up purchase some chairs from Brian at Corporate Office Furniture in Atlanta, GA. He was great to deal with and overall it was a great purchase experience. I would highly recommend Brian and his company.

Carlos Lopez gave me a quote on furniture. Here is all of the emails that you can read. He was very, very helpful. He also sent me pictures of everything that I asked for. My customer never responded to my emails, after they got my quote. I never got a chance to purchase the furniture from Carlos. I wished that we could have done business together, he really went out of his way to help me.
