All in all I’m very pleased, and very much enjoyed working with Greg Ellison. There were some minor miscommunications that did not effect the installation negatively. (I thought that the install would happen 10 to 14 days after the order was complete, and did not understand that the product we ordered would take 4 weeks. As it turned out we needed the time anyway). As far as the units are considered, we love everything about them except we all wish that the desk tops are 6 inches too narrow.
I needed two used lateral file cabinets. They provided two matching in great shape. They reconditioned them, cleaned and provided keys. The loading dock guys are great and assisted you. I would definately buy there again and after looking at other vendors, this is the place to shop for new or used office equipment.
Oustanding – they worked with me on the phone and email. Sent photos of exactly what we were buy. Delivered and installed. Came back a few days later when I added to it and made some changes to my original decisions. I could not have been happier. They aim to please and they did. I was on a short deadline of opening and they met my deadline. I would recommend to anyone that they will not go wrong. Oh their price – beat the competition

Everything went perfect! The delivery guys were awesome. I am a typical woman who couldn’t make up her mind the first time on where I wanted the very large 3 pc desk and they were so patient with me and moved it several times to make me happy. I will definitely use Rhodes again.
