Panel Systems were an absolute pleasure to work with. They assisted me through my entire project pointing out things I needed to be aware of and took the time to make drawings for me and the contractors doing the construction. Pleasant to deal with but the final product, lateral files, arrived in only fair condition with scratches throughout and a minor glitch that we had to repair ourselves.

Overall experience very good. Final installed result satisfactory. Owner came by after install to assure satisfaction, nice touch.

Only constructive feedback is turnaround for revised quotes. We had no defined budget but direction was to spend as little as possible to accommodate the new office. So we asked for several revisions to get the right value for us. Turnaround on some of these revisions could have been faster. Not a major issue but an area that could be improved.

Dealer was easy to work with. Had large selection, though that varies from week to week.

They asked all of the right questions to obtain the information needed to give me the best product to suit our needs and a great price. They are truly on top of their game.

Everything went great. The drawings for presentation to Managers were nice. The price was decent and in line with others. The installation went smoothly. Only downside was lack of colors choices but they were used so that is what you get.

The process was great as well as the experience. We were offered a number of good choices and were happy with the dealers we visited as well as Office Furniture Connection whom we ultimately chose to work with on the project. I have already recommended FurnitureFinders to others.
