We have been pleased with their customer service. We loved everything that we purchased. However, we would recommend that the dealer take notes when he is working with clients. We had to go over items numerous regarding color, sizes, and quanities. That did get frustrating at times. Overall we wuld do business with Contract Furnishings again.

By dealing with Karen, I am more than confident that she will select the best chairs for me and ensure all are in working condition as she has not let me down yet.
