Our experience was Excellent! Our payment policies are not easy to work with. Kem went the extra mile to make things work. Our meeting got moved up and it looked like our table wouldn’t arrive in time. Kem offered to take a table over and swap it out when ours arrived – free of charge. We will use OIG again – we would recommend Kem to anyone.

We ended up buying our file cabinets from PVI Furniture in Frederick, MD and they were GREAT. All of the people, from service to delivery, were very friendly and helpful.
