OFR did great. Let me paint the picture. I needed these cubicles in 3 days for employees that were starting. We didn’t want them to sit at cardboard boxes. I was getting frustrated just trying to get a company to even help because of such a small quantity. Now, I look a rock-star for just getting them here and they match perfectly with our existing stations. We did have some stains on the panels and the overheads were locked. OFR did offer to send us all new bores and locks, as well as keys for the cubes. The stains, they apologized and said they should have communicated better as this was a short turn-around and usually they need two week lead time for the cleaning. We are happy though, given the short turn-around and couldn’t be pleased more. I don’t hold the stains or the overheads against them. They saved us big time and maybe we didn’t ask the right questions. Everything worked out so well!

We had a few bumps in the road due to shipping damage but Contract Furnishings took care of it. In the end, everything looks and works great.

We purchased from Mr. Office. There was some miscommunication but in the end, it all worked out.

Fair price for used cubicles and installation. I was passed from my main rep to another mid-way through the process and some of the details of our delivery were messed up. Communication was spotty during the transition from one rep to the next. Ended up being pleased with product, but communication, delivery date confirmation and install could have been better due the rep. transition. Overall, I am pleased though.

I bought furniture from HLW Workplace Solutions in Lafayette, California. I was pleased with their service, and pleased with the furniture. They had a very small inventory – in their Walnut Creek location, but what they did have fit most of my needs. They also took me off-site to a location with cubicles available, but that option didn’t work out. For the most part, I was happy with HLW Workspace Solutions.

I ended up purchasing a chair from Legacy Office Solutions and was extremely pleased with what I purchased.

We bought used panels from Cheaper Office Supply. The price was great and the quality of the panels was nice. The service before the sale was wonderful but when I called to ask a question after the sale, they were a little rude and seemed “done”. We had some trim pieces missing and she said that they were not included in the sale.

After I mentioned that she quoted them to me and I had sent a drawing, she complied and sent the corners, however it did cost me additional freight.

I would recommend them with caution to make sure they have a clear understanding of the setup to make sure all the connecting pieces are included.

Also, without Furniture Finders, we would not have known about them so overall it was a good arrangement.

I used Cubicle Resources to buy a locked storage cabinet. When I got there the workers didn’t speak English very well so it was a little hard to get across what I wanted but once we got past that part it was ok. They brought out what I needed, cleaned it up for me and wrapped it so I could put it in my van. I would use them again, they were helpful once we got past the language issue and they had very competitive prices. I’d give them 4 stars.

We used Furniture By George in Tampa. We were happy with the furniture and they also did the install.

Good in terms of being accommodating and service. I found our salesman, Bob Calloway, very accommodating, knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely would come back again.
