We did find the chairs and stools we were looking for from A Better Source in San Mateo. Thanks to your site I saved a lot of leg work not having to travel to showrooms that did not have what I wanted. They were near enough that I made a trip on a Saturday when I could see and try the furniture. I was able to send someone else from our office (on their way home) for a second opinion. We purchased six stools and 18 chairs. They were delivered last week and the driver found two chairs were damaged and took them back and they were replaced yesterday. I have had nothing but positive feedback from everyone here. They are good looking, functional and comfortable. I worked with Tracy and Bob Callaway at A BetterSource, I met Bob at the showroom and communicated with Tracy via e-mail and telephone. They were knowledgeable about the products they were selling, friendly and helpful. We may have a need for new furniture in a year and a half or two years down the road and I know I will start with them.

I purchased a 16 ft table from HLW. I was extremely happy with the service and product I received.

I ordered 4 office chairs. Three of them came in good condition but one chair was not assembled. The arms were not attached. I tried to attach the arms myself and realized that one critical piece on each arm had fallen inside of the chair so I had to pay someone to assemble the chair. I called the company to let them know what had happened and they apologized. I was a little disappointed that they did not offer any type of reimbursement but the chairs are in pretty good condition so in the end it all worked out.

They were very good. We purchased 3 desks and 4 chairs form them. Would consider them for future needs and recommend them to others.
