We did not get the one I saw on your web site. We choose a more expensive one over the one we went to get. The sales people were so nice and there was a very nice selection. They were just moving into their new location. I am still thinking of going back for a second chair. Your website was very helpful and so glad I found it.

I used Effective Office Solutions in Livonia – they were great. We spent approximately $550.00 on two large five-drawer filing cabinets that have worked out really well. I would definitely recommend them. Lea is who I dealt with and she was great. I hope that helps!

I did go with Villa Park Office Equipment for my purchase. I was pleased with the outcome. I visited the showroom and was able to view the office furniture in person and then made the purchase later that same week. The delivery was very fast, I placed the order on Friday and the furniture was delivered the next Tuesday. The staff that came to deliver was very nice and cleaned up the office when they were done with the assembly.

Dennis was a huge help. The selection was all in very nice condition and he actually helped with office layout. The best part was that after the transaction, to save me time, he offered to follow us to the office with his truck carrying all the task chairs. Totally unexpected, but a big help. That is service beyond the sale! Keep up the good work Dennis, we will be back as we grow!

I used PVI Office Furniture and worked with Gary. I was initially happy with his responsiveness and the pricing was good. However I was told the items would deliver on a particular day and they did not deliver. It was a small order and so maybe it wasn’t prioritized well. It was frustrating.

The dealer got right back to me on my inquiry, and was very professional and prompt in the transaction.

I worked with Charles Johnson and he was an outstanding sales rep for the company. He was very prompt with his responses and had answers when he contacted me. They designed the space to make sure new workstations would fit and installed in timely fashion just as promised.

Pricing was good. And even though we didn’t like the first set up (one high cube wall) on the choice cube they were able to rearrange the pieces and send us exactly what we wanted. (same height walls). From sourcing to ordering to receiving, the project went without a hitch. I would use them again without pause.
