Once we made our purchase, I was told I would get a call to set up a date for delivery. I was never called. I had to call them. The installers were very polite and quick.

When I arrived after our email messaging, the well-informed rep was ready and prepared to show me chairs in a variety of price points that met my specific needs. She explained and demonstrated the different features and benefits of various models, patiently answered my questions, and gave me the option to return the chair of my choice if it didn’t work out after a month or so. After my purchase, she loaded the chair into my car. Overall service was prompt and courteous. I will shop there again.
