Linda at OIG was very attentive to our needs without being pushy. She was able to find us a conference table, arrange transportation and installation as well as retrofit the adapters we needed in the table. While she was helpful looking for other furniture needs, she did not force any decisions on us, followed up appropriately and was a pleasure to deal with. Our experience with OIG was very good, and we would do business with them again.

In general, we were pleased with Mover Services. However, there were a few things that the install crew could have done better. The table could have been cleaned better before delivery, the crew could have cleaned up after themselves a little better. They also left black scuff marks on the floor. When I called MSI to let them know about the marks on the floor, they were very nice and offered a simple solution.

Mr. Decker shopped around for a better delivery quote for us, and even honored a price that was misquoted from a different salesperson for the lateral files we purchased. The delivery company, KT Corp Services, was very efficient in setting up the files and arrived early within their estimated window (which was so appreciated!) for delivery.
