I used Brian Bankston at Corporate Office Furniture and Panels, Inc. They were responsive to my query and I purchased two used Aeron chairs from them.

We were able to connect w/ Robert Paul and get 28 3-drawer lateral files from a location in Fort Washington which worked out great!

The other group we worked with was OFR (Office Furniture Resources), and again there we bought a bunch of task chairs. They were in great shape overall (only one had a small tear in leather that I think should have been clearly pointed out). Still, for the price and what we got and the very smooth coordination, I would recommend them very strongly as well.

One was National Project and the chairs we purchased from them were pristine (as repped) and delivery coordination and everything else went perfect with Ryan. I would strongly recommend them.

Robert Oliveri was a pleasure to work with. Cubicles were in great condition and installation was smooth. The only issue we had was having them move some existing cubicles and the power whip stopped working. I had to go back to the other company from whom we got the existing cubicles and have them come out to fix it. Robert graciously paid for part of the labor fee for the other company. Warehouse is beautifully organized and shopping is easy. They were very patient with my slow decision making process which I really appreciated. Unfortunately they made a mistake in my delivery instructions (which were not to deliver receipt with furniture since I would not be there). That was disappointing. Nonetheless, the furniture is as I hoped and I would buy from them again and recommend them to others. Nice people!

Could have been a little more organized in terms of product knowledge (I had to scan a large manual to find product weights) and shipping arrangement, but overall a good experience, and our contact Jeannette was especially helpful and pleasant.

I purchased one personal storage tower cabinet for my office. It arrived on Tuesday. Linda Howery was great to deal with, and very patient when it came to all of the hoops we have to jump through in local government. The cabinet was undamaged in shipping from MO to NY, and was in great condition. I am more than pleased, as it will suit my needs perfectly.

Bought the chair I love…the company and Ryan at National Project were very personal as well as professional…a very excellent experience.

We found a great conference table last week and brought it back to Birmingham. Already used it.

We took delivery last week of the fireproof files. I’d rate the experience as Very Good/Excellent. The original delivery date had to be postponed because of miscommunication on our stairs – a climber was rented but the original delivery crew of 2 could not safely move the cabinets down the stairs even with the help of a stair climber.

The delivery was rescheduled for the next day, which took significant effort on their part to arrange, and did not cost us anything extra.

While I would love to give them a perfect score, the miscommunication between operations and dispatch took away a few points. That being said, I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

I enlisted the services of Workplace Exchange. Gray Robertson was a tremendous help with the project I completed. I am looking forward to using his services again in the future.
