We had a slight hiccup during delivery on the chairs as it needed to be rescheduled a couple of times, but otherwise the chairs are in excellent condition and we would buy from vendor again

My experience with Direct Office Solutions was completely hassle free, I spoke with Clay when I called, told him what I was looking for which was an L shaped desk for a home office. He had what I wanted in stock, the price he quoted me was fair and he told me Barbara would take care of me when I got there. She showed me the desk, which looked almost brand new, no scratches or nicks and I asked about additional pieces I might be interested in down the road. She could not have been nicer, they loaded the desk for me. It was probably one of the easiest deals I have ever done.

The powers that be in Seattle chose to go with RBA. I believe the decision was in part based on the customer service. Someone came out to measure the space, get sample images of the existing cubes and make suggestions based on their experience and stock of used cubicles. This was especially helpful because we did not know exactly what details the dealers would need to know and what would be unnecessary, but helpful information. I do not think the Seattle office had thought about asking for a visit on which to base a quote, but when it was offered, they accepted. So I suppose it is a good thing to offer, if it is feasible.

We used Contract Furnishings Inc. Mike Malone was very responsive and we were able to find the part we needed. The price was reasonable and shipping was quick. We were very happy with his service.

Barnaby was responsive which is generally a good thing, but at times he was a bit too responsive. He would follow up even if he had not heard a response from me, call my phone after I said I was unavailable, etc. A little more pushy than what I am use to. Overall, I am happy with our transaction.

Jose from Cubicle Resources in San Jose. I went back and forth with Jose a lot, so I was thankful for his responsiveness. The delivery and assembly was great, I believe he sent Marco to take care of that. My only complaint is that the tables we got ended up being 6 inches longer than advertised, which was a big bummer because we have very little room to spare. Luckily, they barely fit.
