Thanks for following up. It went overall well: we got 6 used Herman Miller chairs from them in good condition and great price. One minor thing is the turn around time which is a bit longer than I expected (takes almost two weeks to receive the chairs from the date of ordering).

The experience was average. The cabinets do not match in color as I would have liked, I was not aware of that and they did not lock and one of the drawers did not open / close correctly. They did have a tech come out right away to fix both of the mechanical issues. Over all not bad, I would use them again.
