W3W clearly goes above and beyond with regard to the care of the product they sell. I have never had used furniture packaged so well, including lock cores. Typically, I spend my time sorting lock cores, so it was an unexpected pleasure to receive the lock cores bundled alike. We were all commenting for days on how well everything shipped, and that your packaging rivals new product. Nothing came in damaged, scratched, or torn due to shipping. What we received and what was on the packing list was amazingly accurate. Another example of the care and time W3W put into getting the product ready to ship. Overall, the Montage product W3W provided was in excellent condition. Often with used furniture you begin with a furniture layout and photos, and in the end must compromise the layout upsetting expectations. W3W was able to provide the product as we envisioned with all expectations met, and I couldn’t be more pleased with how everything came together in the end.

He also took me on a tour of their warehouse, it was impressive and extremely organized. I am confident that anything I need, they either have or can find for me.
