Overall, despite a bumpy start that was due to a lack of clarity on both of our parts, I am happy with the services and products.

We got the chairs two days ago and they seem fine. The only issue we had is that they had promised us 20, but only 18 were fully functional. They found the defective 2 before they shipped them to us, so it did not cause a problem. They did a good job of understanding what we needed and getting us the chairs quickly.

I dealt with Jeff Kahlich, a representative from Value Biz. He was awesome, very professional and followed through on everything he said he would. I even felt like he went the extra effort for me. I was ordering from out of state and he handled everything to my satisfaction. I would recommend this company highly, especially Jeff.
