We ended up placing an order for nine work stations with Mike at Furniture Systems Installers. Mike has been real helpful thus far. We went down to visit him and he gave us a complete tour of the warehouse and factory. They have a great selection of product at reasonable prices. They are very organized.

What we liked is they were just down the road from us and let us choose from their inventory what file cabinets we wanted. No dislikes

Polite and helpful sales staff. Delivery and set up went okay. They accidentaly locked a file key in the cabinet they where assembling so a new one had to be ordered. Also, we had to have someone come back to repair another lock on a separate desk. Besides those issues everything went well and they fixed the problems promptly.

I bought my office furniture from SWC Office furniture in Stamford, CT. I was happy with the transaction, and the service. I spent almost $4,000 for a desk and two bookcases and three chairs.

I thought their prices were a little steep, but they had what I wanted. I was very disappointed when they told me they wanted $600 to deliver the furniture to me in Groton, CT (about 70 miles) which neccessitated me having to drive back down in my pickup truck to get the items. The salesman Andrew, was very helpful and patient with me, and helped me design my office – which I really appreciated. Overall, a good experience.
