Dealer, Jeff Marcero has been very good in following through to make sure that the job went well. His field installation manager, Ron was very good and wnated to make it right for the customer. It was refreshing to have people care about what they sell and install. Their name reflects their spirit in the job that they did for us.

Actually without your database assistance I would have been lost. I called dealers throughout the Chicago metro area and could not locate what I needed. A dealer responding to my request, via your database: Michalsen Office Furniture, came through Big Time! Not only did they have exactly what I needed at the right price and turnaround time, they were extremely courteous and accommodating in every regard. I would give them an 11 on a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being the highest!

On installation day, their installers were courteous, professional, and completed the work more quickly than I expected. We bought our lateral file cabinets (2) and a couple of wooden bookcases from Villa Park Office Furniture. They were extremely helpful and stayed open late just for us to get there on a Saturday. I would certainly use them again for office furniture needs.

I contacted Lou Reda in Easton, PA. They responded immediately with an email, follow up phone call, and prompt quote. The final business decision was made to make structural changes rather than use furniture to control traffic and we did not buy any furniture at this time. I was impressed with their promptness and willingness to serve and will call them again any time we have furniture needs.

We had an excellent experience with Q+E. Kelly Hoaglin was very organized. Installers arrived within the time frame they were scheduled, did a good job putting the panel up, and Kelly was nice enough to send me a receipt in the mail after our invoice was paid. I couldn’t have hoped for better customer service. She did a wonderful job.

I did buy one 5-drawer lateral file cabinet…They were ok, they have a very large selection of cabinets, but service was not great. Also, the cabinet had 2 keys with it and they would only give me one of them, which was annoying. But I am happy with the cabinet.

Michalsen showed up on time for the delivery and installation, and their installers did a very professional job. They took two days to complete the work (as expected), and left the office space clean and cleared of all debris. I give them a grade of A for their delivery and installation.

I used CFR in Wharton, New Jersey. Rick was terrific – emailed me photos of what he had and delivered my 3-drawer lateral file in 2 days! A small order to be sure – but the service was great.
