Great service with sales, delivery and set-up

We went with Brooks Interiors Group, and I think we’re all pretty happy with their service. They got the filing cabinets we needed out to us quickly, did a good job installing them, and the cabinets themselves are in pretty good shape.

Everything went very, very well. Rani was personable and professional. It was a pleasure to deal with her. She was extremely concerned that everything met our specifications. She checked in several times to make sure we were happy with delivery, installation, etc. The installers were very professional and worked quickly. The entire experience with Rhodes was exceptional.

As for their products and services… Product was great, I got a Leap chair and am very happy with it. Paid a little less than I would for a new chair. The service was great. I got to talk to a lady over the phone who emailed me the next day telling me the product was in stock and I can pick it up anytime. When I showed up, she wasn’t there, but another lady helped me, they also gave me time lots of time to try out different chairs on their show floor without pressuring me. I’m very happy with this dealer.

Yes I was very happy with the table and the service over at CFR. I dealt with Rick, Paul and Lara, they were all very helpful. Delivery was made in less than one week.

I’m not sure if I ever got back to you. I wound up buying from CONKLIN OFFICE FURNITURE 230 5TH AVE, SUITE 400 212-871-0055 – the sales person is Rob Rumsey. I bought a dozen file cabinets. I highly recommend Conklin.

Freedom Furniture was where we got our furniture from. The communication about the furniture was perfect. The furniture is as described. However… I scheduled the delivery, I originally wanted early morning, but they said the driver had a stop in Atlanta first. They said it would be noon….They got here about 4:30 or 5:00pm and began setting it up. The installers were friendly. They had one drill, so the other installer had nothing to do in the beginning of the install. Their drill broke so we gave them ours to use… They never called or emailed for a follow up, so they are unaware of how I feel about the delivery time.

Paul Sutton was excellent to work with. He was expedient with putting together a quote and modifying a quote in order to get within our budget. The furniture was delivered exactly when we asked and the driver was knowledgeable enough to help us build the furniture that needed to be built. Would definitely use the company again.
