Their showroom has a huge selection of office furniture [chairs, desks, conference tables, bookcases, filing cabinets. etc.] in the good to high quality range. There is a big catalog for those who need to order by phone, fax, internet and have items shipped. I wanted an Aeron chair for my home office. They had two in stock at a bit over $1000. I compared them to a comparable Teknion Contessa chair they carried. It had even more adjustment control features than the Aerons. The controls were conveniently located for fingertip use. I bought the Contessa. I saved $300 plus over the Aeron…. The dealer service was excellent.

We chose furniture from Office Works in Rockford, IL. They are located about 40 minutes from our offices and our owner was able to go to their showroom and view our options. That’s really what helped to close the sale. He had some trouble visualizing our layout by looking at other company’s offerings in photos via the web. The overall experience was good. We had some trouble with the team that loaded our order at the warehouse. They did a poor job of stacking and protecting the items so that they wouldn’t get damaged in the move. However, Rita and her team at Office Works stepped up and cleaned and repaired the damage, even though the purchase was “as is”. We plan to work with them again on future furniture needs, including an executive office set up for our owner. I had received several good responses from your site and it was hard for me to choose a vendor based on the quality of the companies that responded.
