I just received the product this weekend. I bought a desk from Ideal Office Furniture in Massachusetts. And, yes, I am extremely happy with both the product and the service I received.

Purchased for BHC Furniture. They havent delivered the product yet, but so far satisfied.

UPDATE: The cubicles were delivered and they are exactly as needed.

Northwest Modular had a very good option for what we needed. Schelly was great on taking my drawing and quickly sending back a more refined drawing with the actual furniture in it piece by piece. They were very easy to work with on quoting and the purchase. They quick scheduled the install and got it done quickly. They worked with us on our location where it needed to go and had it all set up on carts that were very easy to lift up on the mezzanine with our forklifts. It all went very smoothly. I would suggest them to anyone looking for these type products.

I have been working with Jonathan from Commerce Office Furniture, and he has been great. They didn’t have what I wanted initially but he knew they were picking up some cabinets the next day, and told me he would let me know if they had anything that would meet my needs. I also ended up buying a chair from them at the same time.

My interaction with Commerce OFL was positive. I thought the price for the lateral file cabinets was a little higher than what I had found available elsewhere. But I went with them because I needed the cabinets quickly and they had them available. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

We bought 2 fire proof cabinets from Efficient Office Solutions and were very happy with them! They delivered them yesterday, the delivery process was great too!

Customer service/sales was informative and friendly. Unfortunately I was informed after payment but before delivery that one of the 2 cabinets we purchased did not currently have the key that we were promised and that we now have to wait a week to receive a replacement. Additionally when they were delivered this morning, the cabinet without a key was locked and therefore unusable until the key arrives- which was not mentioned in the prior phone call. Other than that, the experience was as smooth as can be expected for the price.
