I’ve been very happy with my experience. They were very understanding of the slow purchasing process of a university and were willing to work with what I could do. I think the only negative might be that once we committed to the purchase it was a little harder to get a reply from the sales rep. Their level of interest in us went down a bit, but I’ve never had a bad interaction with them so on the whole I’m very satisfied with Villa Park Office Equipment and will definitely go to them again in the future.
