I was very happy with them. The chair I bought turned out to be not so good for me and they accepted the return with no issue. I then bought another that they had in stock and they refunded me the difference. The sales reps really explained a lot of the features of the chairs to me.

I did find the furniture I needed at Office Furniture Resources in Sun Prairie, Wisconsin. I was able to visit the store in person to see the furniture they had available. The staff members were extremely helpful.

I bought 4 eames dining chairs from A better source and worked with mainly Julian and Bob Callaway. When I went to pick up the chairs, they turned out to be lounge chairs, not dining.

Bob made a last minute request to the warehouse in Hayward and requested they load it on the truck for next day deliver and my chances are slim due to end of the day request.

Bob kept his word and worked hard at 7am the next day Saturday hence his day off.

Anyway I’m glad they were able to get me the right chairs and I really don’t have any issues with the company except for the misinformation on the website
